Association Dues

Statements for Annual Dues will be mailed approximately December 29, 2025. Payments must be made using a personal check or cashier’s check by January 31st of each year. Please mail your payment to: 5245 4th Street, Melrose, IA 52569.

The Association will no longer accept cash or money orders as payment. Association dues become past due if not paid in full by April 1st 2025.

Selling your property? Please note:

When property is sold at Lazy Daz Ranch, the Board of Directors request to be notified of the transaction via email. This will allow the Board to update the Association files with the current owner’s contact information for billing and mailing purposes.

Association dues that have been paid are transferable to the new owners. However, no refunds can be issued to the seller per the Association By-Laws. When selling a property, all past due Association dues, liens and fees must be brought up-to-date prior to the property being transferred into the buyer’s name(s).

Club House Rental

The Association Club House is available for members to rent for events on a first-come, first-serve basis. A $100 refundable deposit is required when booking your event. The deposit will be refunded provided the Club House is properly cleaned and all trash is removed following your event.

Community Burn Pile

A burn pile is available on property for disposal of lawn clippings, brush and tree debris. Please DO NOT place trash, construction materials, etc. in the burn pile. The burn pile will be burned by a Board member periodically during the season.

Mowing

The Association Board is currently mowing the association property at no charge to the association.
